As many of us look forward to Valentine’s Day and a special date night with our loved ones, the pressure of having to make a plan is not always fun.

No matter where you are located in Horry County, there are plenty of great restaurants across the area to dine in on your special night out.

We have some tips for you as you plan your date as well as a few places that offer some of the best dishes in the Myrtle Beach area.

Take a look below at restaurants that are sure to make your date night enjoyable:

Myrtle Beach:
New York Prime
Hook & Barrel
Luigi’s Trattoria
Aspen Grille
Collectors Cafe & Gallery

Rivertown Bistro
Crooked Oak Tavern

North Myrtle Beach:
Local on the Water
Flying Fish
Filet's Waterfront (closed Sunday's)
21 Main

Pawleys Island:
Perrone's Restaurant
Rustic Table

Bistro 90

Surfside Beach:

Murrells Inlet:
The Marsh Walk

These are a few tips ahead of planning your Valentine’s Day date:

Tip #1: Don’t forget to make a reservation so you and your significant other aren’t waiting. Restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area are very busy, especially on Valentine’s Day.

Tip #2: This year, the holiday falls on a Sunday. If you want to have your date night without worrying about having to go to work the next day (or a school night, for all of you parents), maybe celebrate early on Friday or Saturday.

Tip #3: If you and your loved one are in the mood to stay in and have an at-home date night, many restaurants in the area offer to-go meals, and some offer delivery.

Tip #4: Recreate your first date night.

Tip #5: Stay in, order dinner from your favorite restaurant, and play games or watch a marathon of rom-coms!
