As many of us look forward to Valentine’s Day and a special date night with our loved ones, the pressure of having to make a plan is not always fun.

These are a few tips ahead of planning your Valentine’s Day date:
Tip #1: Don’t forget to make a reservation so you and your significant other aren’t waiting. Restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area are very busy, especially on Valentine’s Day.
Tip #2: This year, the holiday falls on a Sunday. If you want to have your date night without worrying about having to go to work the next day (or a school night, for all of you parents), maybe celebrate early on Friday or Saturday.
Tip #3: If you and your loved one are in the mood to stay in and have an at-home date night, many restaurants in the area offer to-go meals, and some offer delivery.
Tip #4: Recreate your first date night.
Tip #5: Stay in, order dinner from your favorite restaurant, and play games or watch a marathon of rom-coms!
