Deb has always enjoyed looking at homes, which sparked her interest in becoming a real estate agent. 

Deb, who has a background in sales management and technical writing, said she has a good track record of clients buying the first property they see, even though she suggests clients look at other properties for comparison. 

“When I am helping a client find the right home, whether it’s for an investment, a second home, or their primary home, I really try to put myself in their shoes,” Deb said. “I like to find out about their personalities, what they like to do, what their motivation is, and their personal design styles. I have used this successfully many times.”

Deb moved to Myrtle Beach from Austin, Texas, about 10 years ago. She and her husband love scuba diving and snorkeling, traveling, especially on cruises, and spending time with family.
